Background: (Pro)renin receptor[(P)RR] is a multi-functioning transmembrane protein which plays key roles in the regulation of tissue renin-angiotensin system (RAS). Introduction: TSH-secreting pituitary adenoma (TSHoma) sometimes brings on rare cause of hyperthyroidism because of its excessive TSH secretion.
